Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.

We always ship with tracking so you can see exactly where your order is. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from smile@snappytowels.com with a link to your packing tracking information when your order is fulfilled.

USA

Free shipping on orders over $50. $5.99 flat rate shipping on orders of less than $50.

US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-Day service. FedEx & UPS Ground is available for faster shipping for larger orders.

Canada

Free shipping on orders over $50.  Flat rate shipping on orders of less than $50 as follows: Ontario, $8.99; other provinces, $9.99; northern territories, $12.99. 

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Syracuse, NY via USPS Priority Mail. Packages usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Any Canadian duties or fees are paid by the customer. 

International

Free shipping on orders over $125. $20 flat rate shipping for international orders of less than $125. International orders will be shipped from Syracuse, NY via the most economical means depending on the destination.  

As we are working with government postal services, we can not guarantee exact shipping times, but always ship with tracking so you'll know where your shipment is at all times. If your order is urgent let us know and we will find a solution.

Pre-Orders

If you've pre-ordered items, your order will ship as soon as all the items in your order are in stock. If you would like items sent separately so you can receive some of your order sooner, we can process your items as multiple shipments with the payment of additional shipping fees. Just contact us to let us know.
